This form, designed for camp use in the First Year Camper Program can easily be adapted for troop use to track those Tenderfoot - 1st Class requirements.  Although I think the best place for a scout to keep up with these records is in their own scout handbook, this form can be used by troop leaders as well as the BSA summer camp First Year Camper Director which the form was first designed for.
